Comfort Inn (Malvern)

Room 118. King room. It is a very spacious room. It has a desk with chair. It has armchair with ottoman and side table. It has a nice size TV mounted on the wall. The water pressure is not very strong. good hot water. The wall mounted hairdryer was missing and that should’ve been caught by housekeeping. We had to go to the front desk to get a hairdryer. The shower has shampoo and conditioner. They offer bar soap and lotion at the bathroom vanity. The AC unit works very well. The room needs to be updated and cleaned better. The ceiling is a popcorn ceiling and there is dust all over the ceiling. That is a very easy fix to clean the ceiling. Just take a vacuum cleaner with a brush hose and suck all of the dust off the ceiling. There is not a smoke alarm in this room. There is a mini refrigerator with a little freezer area and microwave. The shower and toilet is separate from the vanity. The vanity is in the room. The biggest disappointment, and actually very aggravating of all, is the pool is closed for repairs. There is nothing on the website stating the pool is closed for repairs. With our stay being after Memorial Day, you would think they would have the pool ready for the summer. We will not stay here again.

During our 3 night stay we asked several times for clean towels. We were told they didn't have any & were offered stained ones which we declined. Room was not clean. Fake fingernail found near bed on floor. Email confirmation price was almost $100 less than what was charged on credit card. Have called management at hotel several times, left messages & never got a call back. Would never stay here again!! Management needs to do better.

My daughter had been driving 10 hours and was exhausted. She decided she needed to stop for some sleep. She stayed at Quality Inn, Malvern, AR. She couldn't even sleep because it was so nasty and she was afraid there were bugs in the bed. Things were broken and dirty. She overslept because she had to clean before sleeping - they charged her for a second night!!! and worse, it was 185.00/night!!! what a rip off. It should be closed down!
