COMFORT INN & SUITES

Very nice Comfort Inn. Close to lots of shopping and restaurants. Staff was very friendly. Very good value and very clean. Typical breakfast selections. Noise was not a problem.

This was a very, very comfortable hotel. Right in the facility of the President Clinton presidential library. About a four minute drive. The employees including the front desk were very, very nice and helpful. And so was the cleaning personnel. I would highly recommend this hotel. It was clean, comfortable and the service was great

Not sure if there has been a change in management that has caused this customer service decline. Robbie at the front desk was excellent and the breakfast attendants were exceptional as well. My concern was the cleanliness of the rooms. My prior stay was nothing like this recent stay. Numerous long strands of hair on bathroom floor in one room along with the toilet having a ring of black particles with a ring around the inside of the toilet bowl. Another room had a filthy microwave with heavy thick food deposits from prior guests stay. Another room has small ants on king bed in King suite. Requested sheets around 1:00am. Around 1:30a observed another small ant in the bed. Visited front desk and was offered my sheets?!?! I found this to be odd. I suggested it would be best to change rooms. Was then moved to standard double queen. Of the course the room rate was adjusted due to them having to downsize the room and that was fine. But there was no problem offer to discount the room for the huge inconvenience for having to pack up luggage, move, and unpack into a new room at almost 2:00am. Mentioned this to manger the next morning on check out day and all he offered was an apology. An apology is fine, but I would expect a place that has been recognized for excellent customer service for three separate years to be a lot more accommodating. Thanks to my prior compliment this hotel received 12 booked reservations for our family stay. Not sure if we will return. The hotel now appears to be extremely short staffed which is impacting the cleanliness. This stay was not close to my pleasant experience in the past.
