Worst customer service I've experienced. Even though I had reservations using my reward points, the manager refused to accommodate my daughter and her young children, even after Choice Hotels called on our behalf. No flexibility, no empathy, no concern for guests. Would never stay here.

Terrible. They didn't have any towels or washcloths in my room. The refrigerator doesn't work. But if you can complain they act like you're the problem. They don't tell you that you have to pay an additional $50 deposit. Then they lie to you and say you will get it back in the morning but you really don't, you have to wait five to seven business days. Customer service is terrible. I would not recommend this hotel if you were trying to relax

Unwilling to accommodate a patron w/ adjusting date reservations although I was willing to pay the difference. Rather they would send the date approval to the app and not update the date request on their end forcing me to cancel. The clerk said that I could pay for another night or come back then.
