Snow Lake Lodge

Filthy room. Food under bed , thick dirt on fan blades. Smoking section is below bedroom windows. Never again!

I appreciate that the property is very clean and the staff is very friendly and efficient. In the bedroom: the bathroom was clean and well-stocked with towels, and the kitchen was fully equipped with utensils and dishes. The downside is the lack of an elevator; I stayed on the third floor, and hauling up all the luggage—plus groceries—was quite a hassle. Since we stayed for three nights, the luggage was heavy to carry all the way up. I wanted to extend one more night but the weekend rate was the double of what I paid originally, the manager couldn't accommodate my request to a reasonable price considering that I booked 3 nights with them.

I've stayed here many times. This particular time was frustrating. The bedroom shower drain was clogged and maintenance had to come. The place was dirty. Our feet were literally black. Dishes in the cabinet were dirty and I had to wash them all. Someone started the dishes but the pod was stuck in the dishwasher. So they put them in the cabinet anyways. Food was in the couch bed. Bathtub was dirty. Beds are ridiculously uncomfortable, spa wasn't working etc. The staff is nice, and I've been coming here for years. They do not update anything and it's getting worse.
