The kichen was a BIG dissappointment! I stayed here in 2024 & was satisfied enough that I didn't bother reading updated reviews before booking my 2-night Aug 2026 post-backpack for a double bed with kitchenette. Lots had changed in those 2 years! While the beds were comfy, the AC cool and the water in the shower plentiful & hot, the kitchen supplies were completely inadequate. The tiny frying pan was scratched & scorched beyond usage. The vent over the cooktop did not work at all & was shockingly grimy. No spatula or serving spoons. Only 1 small spoon in the flatware rack! No cutting board for the barely adequate chopping knife. 3 soup bowls but 1 had been used for mixing paint?! One of the coffee mugs was chipped/cracked. And yes, I left a message asking for a better skillet, a cutting board, etc & never got a response ...

Due to the great location this has been our go to place for years and sad to see it slowly decline. We’ve always gotten a room with a kitchen but now there’s dirty dishes, the cookware is worn out. Odd that while the other motels in town are full, this one has a a lot of vacancies and they don’t even turn the sign on at night. Very strange and sad.

If you want to stay at a motel that has human hair on bed before you get in it, this is your place. If you want a shower that either turns you into an ice cube or gives you third degree burns, you will love it here. If don’t have neck, back or hip pain yet, stay on these beds and you will. I have more negative things to say, but I think you get the picture.. I will say the woman working on the property was super nice and did what she could.
