Residence Inn by Marriott Burbank Downtown

Burbank isn’t exciting, but if you’re looking for a convenient hotel for work in L.A., this is a good choice. The staff, particularly the wonderful Christa at the front desk are excellent. Rooms are clean and comfortable.

I don't know the name of the girl who I spoke to this morning to confirm a reservation I have . I called on 7/26/25 at 8:50 am to confirm a upcoming reservation. I kindly asked her to confirm my reservation She couldn't find it and asked for a confirmation number. I booked through a third party so I did not have the reservation she was looking for she wasn't understanding that and kept saying I need a confirmation number . I told her the name of my wife whose name was on the reservation she still couldn't find it and wanted a confirmation number , I told her again I booked through Trip advisor and I don't have a hotel confirmation number. She said there's nothing she could do. She was extremely rude, obnoxious, not willing to help, and I don't mean to be rude but she could barely speak proper English and it was hard to understand her and she wasn't understanding me . I work in the hospitality industry as well so I know about confrontation numbers and third party reservations but this girl was extremely rude and not willing to help . Please have better staff for a Marriot property.

Nice spacious room with kitchen. 5 supersized suites are available too. Minutes from Disney Studios HQ (not Disney Land Park) and Warner Bros Studio Tour. Nice closeby restaurants. Room cleaning every other day (you can request more towels anytime). Special mention about Jane at the front desk. Very nice, professional, and helpful. Great Marriott representative. Good buffet breakfast with hot eggs, bacon, potatoes . . . For what it is, overall 5/5 stars. Definitely recommend it.
