We had another wonderful stay at The Quail Lodge in Carmel. The location is excellent, and our room was spacious, comfortable, and very quiet, with a beautiful view of the grounds. The entire staff was exceptionally helpful, friendly, and polite, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We truly appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and the excellent service throughout our visit. This was our second year staying at The Quail Lodge, and we enjoyed it so much that we have already reserved our stay for next year. That says a lot about how much we enjoy this special place. We look forward to coming back again!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Quail Lodge for our anniversary and truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and taken care of. Everyone we encountered was incredibly kind, attentive, and accommodating. The grounds are absolutely stunning, and we loved how many amenities were included with the stay. It really made the resort feel like a destination in itself and added so much value to our experience. The complimentary wine hour was such a nice touch and quickly became one of our favorite parts of the stay. We were also incredibly grateful to receive a room upgrade when we arrived. We did have a small issue with the room during our stay, but the staff responded immediately and handled it wonderfully. They went above and beyond by also comping our breakfast and resort fee, which was completely unexpected and really showed how much they care about their guests’ experience. We also visited the spa and had an amazing experience there. Our massage therapist was fantastic, the treatments were wonderful, and it was the perfect addition to an already relaxing stay. Between the beautiful property, thoughtful amenities, wonderful spa, and genuinely exceptional staff, our stay at Quail Lodge was everything we could have hoped for. We would absolutely stay here again and are already looking forward to coming back!
