BEST WESTERN HERITAGE INN - CH

This is a good Best Western although it's tucked into a tight corner. But it's right next to the 99 freeway running through town, so it's handy. Rooms are fine, we had a nice view of trees out our window. What was noteworthy was the breakfast was above average. Reception was friendly. Nothing special, but comfortable!

From beginning to end a wonderful experience, highly recommend. Wonderful staff, full breakfast. Clean, quite environment.

I've had an amazing experience at the Best Western Heritage Inn. The reason is not the rooms or the facilities which are average at best. The Hotel gets the 5* for one reason and one reason alone, the fantastic service of Mr. S. His meticulous attention to detail, his kindness and hospitality are what you would expect in a Four Seasons, Belmond or Ritz-Carlton. Unbelievable to find this kind of service in a Best Western in Chico, California. Bravo!
