RAMADA SAN DIEGO SOUTH

The breakfast was very good, and the cleanliness was good. The location was also convenient, but unfortunately, the noise from the highway could be clearly heard from the room. The hotel is quite outdated, and the air conditioning unit was extremely loud and disturbing, making it difficult to sleep comfortably. The shower was not good, and the room key had to be recharged almost every day. In addition, the room door did not close properly. The most unpleasant issue was the bad smell in the room. There was a strong musty and moldy odor that made the stay uncomfortable. Overall, the hotel has some positive aspects, especially the breakfast, cleanliness, and location, but it clearly needs improvements in maintenance, air conditioning, room doors, and overall room quality.

I thought that this experience was very good for the most part. The room felt very spacious and clean. The facilities were also very nice, such as the gym. However, I have two feedback areas. Firstly, the lighting in the room in very minimal and dim. There was not enough light anywhere in the room but the bathroom, making it difficult to get ready or to see certain things. Secondly, the breakfast options were slightly limited for a vegetarian family, such as fruits, muffins, and hot breakfast items. There were only eggs as hot breakfast items and one day there were hashbrowns, but they did not refill it. It would have been a better experience had there been more options for a vegetarian family.
