They just change a manager from A+ to >>>>> just guess. Wow. Wow. So it was weekend and this was our only option. The lobby is misleading for sure..smelled like cat pee. and there were dead plants everywhere and the lobby looks dirty. I got my boyfriend and I all set up and paid 99.99 for a single room with bathroom. Very outdated. The lady at the desk with little English gave us a key to a room already in use!! She was very rude and unhelpful. Next >>>> Room , The heater did not work and the room was like ice when we walked in since the windows were kept open. NO WIFI, no HBO , nothing to do . Pool was nice, but its too cold to enjoy it. So end of story is : Disgusting, I was extremely unhappy with the stay and the staff, new manager or owners seem to be incompetent in running a smooth hotel business. I strongly suggest visitors STAY AWAY FROM this place.

Plenty of space in in the car park. Pools in the garden, nice surroundings. Enjoyed time in the Jacuzzi and on the deck chairs when there were no noise guests. The pictures are from the time, when the place was in a good state. Now it requires renovation. The staff members either couldn't speak English, either were not interested in interaction. It took us 20 minutes and 3 visits to the reception to get the Jacuzzi going. Floor in front of our room was sticky, the visit to bathroom started from the hunt after bugs, the internet was only in the interior garden, not in the room. People from outside had access to the pools and BBQ facilities.

My wife and I have been coming to this resort for couple years now and every time our experience is great. We absolutely love everything this property has to offer. The Manager Ella is always so helpful in anything you ask her. Highly suggest this place to everyone. Ruben & Marine
