Booked a stay at this motel on Aug 28, 2026. Arrived at the room. Found the room to be in bad shape. Ac did not work properly. In 1.5 hours the temp would only go down 1 to e degrees. It was sweat box. The TV did not work. You could not lock the door. My wife called the front desk about these issues. The manager told her that it will take 3 to 4 hours to cool the room down. It was Lready 9 pm when we arrived. He would not do anything to fix the TV. The room was in bad condition. Door would not lock.for safety purposes. My wife asked to be moved to another room. He said no. Then told my wife that if she did not like the accommodations she could pack her stuff and go back home. She asked him.numerous times to please not talk to her in this way. He got worse and then told her to take her things and leave. I went down to the office to discuss this issue and request to move to another room, he told me no. I asked for a refund as we would leaving he pointed his finger at me, waved it back and forth and said no refund. "Take your things and go back home". I told him I wanted to check out and he sId NO. Not refund no check out. As I was leaving out the door the manager started yelling and cursing at me. We called Booking.com to file a complaint and got no satisfaction as they only care about the hotels not customer service for their users. Do not stay at this Crown Motel

The room looked run down. There were holes in the carpet, the bed frame was loose and moved when we did. The worst thing of all was everything had hair on it or in it, the sheets, the towels, the pillows, stains on the mattress covers. My daughter also found some derogatory words written inside the drawers which makes it not very family friendly.

Don’t go there: 1- the bathroom floor wet, when I asked the front desk to change the room, he refused by saying that I already used that room. 2- room smelled bad. 3- the descriptions online doesn’t match what exactly inside. 4- hair dryer doesn’t work. 5- there’s no napkin I will never go back again.
