Be prepared for additional charges and attitude from staff when u ask anything. They also illegally photocopy your card and license

My experience at the Ramada South El Monte was disappointing overall. The property is outdated and poorly maintained, with cleanliness clearly lacking in many areas. Key cards were deactivated without reason, requiring a trip to the front desk for reactivation. The Wi-Fi was weak throughout the stay, with only one bar of signal available. I requested an extra set of towels, but they were never delivered until I followed up a second time. Basic amenities like complimentary water were not provided—not in the lobby, the room, or anywhere else on-site—and the vending machines were overpriced. Additionally, the bathroom lacked a simple hook, further reflecting the lack of attention to detail. Unfortunately, these issues made the stay far below expectations.

It was a bad experience from requesting the service for cleaning knowing that they do not have their own security for any situation, I passed that in the elevator I felt assaulted and intimidated by guests claiming to belong to a gang
