Motel 6 Fairfield - Napa Valley

We always stay here when we are in the area. The rooms are always clean and the staff is always willing to go the extra mile to ensure that you enjoy your stay

I’ve had a really good experience staying at this Motel 6. The morning front desk gentleman is always extremely helpful, professional, and genuinely kind. He goes out of his way to be nice to my daughter, which I truly appreciate as a parent. The staff overall has been accommodating, the check-in process is smooth, and the environment feels welcoming. It makes a big difference when you’re greeted with respect and kindness, and he consistently provides that. Thank you for the great customer service — it does not go unnoticed.

This Motel 6 (I believe assistant) manager, Laura and her staff are amazing. Communication is on point (and that's necessary and important to me). Everyone is approachable and courteous, which is refreshing considering this pandemic, and this Motel 6 is most accommodating. I would and I do recommend a night or two, if not a week, stay here.
