I was about to take my large luggage to Disneyland before heading to the airport, but Tommy noticed my plan and kindly advised me to store it at the hotel instead. Turns out Disneyland can't hold big luggage — he saved me from a huge hassle! His thoughtfulness and proactive attitude really made my day. Easily the best staff member I've met here. Highly recommend this hotel, and a big shoutout to Tommy!

I stay at this hotel regularly and every time I check in, Marilyn invites me with the same enthusiasm like she did the first time. She is a great employee at this facility. She is very patient and asks about the travel etc.
