Hyatt Regency Indian Wells Resort & Spa

We had an absolutely wonderful experience during our 4-day, 3-night stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with friendly and professional service. The staff were courteous, accommodating, and always ready to assist whenever we needed anything. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it easy for us to relax and enjoy our stay. The hotel’s atmosphere was peaceful and inviting, and everything was conveniently accessible. What truly made our stay special was the exceptional hospitality. Every detail was handled with care, and we felt genuinely valued as guests. The service, cleanliness, comfort, and overall experience exceeded our expectations. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would gladly return in the future. Beautful, big resort hotel. We have been here multiple times. Kids looove waterslides, lazy river and pools. Also many other activities. Nice bar for evening drinks with your hubby.

Our stay at the Grand Hyatt Indian Wells was, at best, an average experience for what should be an upscale resort. The property seemed unprepared to handle the volume of guests during our visit — the flow from the pool area to breakfast was chaotic and poorly managed, with no real system in place to handle the crowds. Rather than feeling like a relaxing resort, the property often felt more like a crowded marketplace. Breakfast itself was a letdown, with limited options that weren’t particularly good given the price point. The EV charging facility was another disappointment — it was misleadingly advertised and ended up being far more expensive than expected. Overall, while the property has the bones of a nice resort, the guest experience fell short of what you’d expect from the Grand Hyatt name.
