Fantasy Springs Resort Casino

Lots of self parking. Check in was quick and easy. Front desk staff very helpful and friendly. We stayed in a double pool view. Rooms are avaerage. Clean and beds are comfy. Bathroom on smaller side. Had a tub/shower combo. I didn't mind that , but NO WATER PRESSURE! Ugh!!!! The room has a clock, frige, room service - all the basics. It was quite except for people letting their doors slam!! PLEASE people hold the door shut. Common Courtesy! Resturants we went to were very good. Lunch at the pizza place - pizza was good. And we did Pom for dinner (great atmosphere, great staff and enjoyed the food). Casino was fun but slots were tight. Lots of slots and table games to choose from.( It was weird, certain sections of the casino were very warm and stuffy! it was 112 degrees outside. I had to move from a machine i was playing, it was just too hot!) All-in-all, I enjoyed my stay. If room rates were cheaper we would stay more often.

In a nutshel, spend your hard earned money elsewhere. There are plenty of other options near and far. Better properties in overall experience and customer setvice. Here is my honest opinion. Casino. Hard to win. Some machine too close together for comfort Too tight. Players pound on machines with no intervention from Mgmt. Can be irritating to those that want to just be in the "zone" . Infastructure needs alot of work. Mgmt and Tribe line their pockets while property needs work. Parking lots are in disrepair, Bathrooms outdated, Hotel pool a mess, Air-conditioning non existent in many locations in Casino. Horrible, outdated system. Freezing by elevators in Hotel while boiling hot in Casino. Fly situation out of control when it's warm. Flies are everywhere and have to swat them away. It's disgusting. Nearby Casino SL29 has either of the 2 issues mentioned. Cold 365 at SL29 and AC. Restaurant food can be good sometimes, however, inconsistent. Food temp at Bistro very inconsistent. Hard to get a $60 steak medium rare also a $28 burger. Salad dressing are very . 👍 Since I no longer go there due to an unfortunate misunderstanding.this is my honest and truthful thoughts of FS. I am finally saying EXACTLY what I think with no redactions.
