Motel 6 Indio - Palm Springs Area

1. Staff member was not helpful 2. Staff messed up my reservation 3. They canceled my reservation even when I called ahead of time and then didn't accept my company's business card that I have to use when I stay for work. 4. I waited hours to finally get a room so I had to sleep in my car for 4 hours and I still had to pay for an early check in. 5. I kept being waken up by maintenance and the manager due to a leak in the shower. The shower door hinges were falling off so they also had to fix that while they couldn't reimburse me for the inconveniences or get me another room 6. The light and fan vent in the bathroom had issues so I just didn't use it 7. Plus getting off work this entire week work 16 hour shifts made my stay not pleasant at all 8. I was only there 3 days in total I believe and everyday there was some type of issue that I wasn't at fault then when I tried to file a complaint I was given false people to reach out to so I decided to call customer service and they were rude very very rude. 9. I kept having to barricade my room door due to homeless people trying to get in while I was sleep horrible location so run down.

Do not stay here!!! We’ve stayed in nice Motel 6’s (e.g. Carpenteria North, near Santa Barbara) and thought they would all be clean and reasonably up to date. Our room reeks of cigarette smoke! We checked in yesterday at 8 pm and they said they were sold out so we could not change rooms. The beds are uncomfortable, there is no blanket or bed covering, the built in cabinet looks 40 years old, and there are burn stains on the hardwood floor. After a terrible night of sleep, I asked the Office this morning if we could move to a clean, smoke free room. They said they were fully booked tonight and we had to stay in our room that reeks of cigarette smoke. There is a huge sports tournament in town so every hotel under $580 a night is sold out. They said they would clean our room well today. We got back after being gone for 7 hours, and they had not cleaned the room! It still smells like stale cigarette smoke! The front office staff, including Jacob, is rude and unhelpful. They must never have been to a clean Motel 6, because if they had, they would be ashamed at how old, filthy, and stinky their hotel rooms are. Do not stay here!

Total scam 262.00 forced to pay when asked to cancel due to a non working place, lady in front desk argued that I spent 20 minutes already. Filthy, no TV signal, R. C. does not work, total disaster. I saw 2 other customers arguing without any sol
