This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with hotels. The staff was rude as hell to me and my friends, the room we first got had roaches and when we went to the staff to tell them they had the audacity to say we brung em then they switched our room but that room had roaches worse then the room we had before. Then the staff called the cops on us cus we asked for a trash bag never again.

My room smelt of cigarette smoke. In addition the room looked outdated and in need of remodeling. The bedside lamp was misaligned like someone had knocked it. There was no microwave in my room. This hotel doesn’t have a laundry room to wash your clothes. They do however have a swimming pool. In addition the rooms have a balcony. I wasn’t charged a security deposit at check in!

The owner of the hotel is a thief, and the Asian lady was a raci*t; they refused to give us a refund after requesting to cancel the reservation and reporting the issue that we had a BLACK WIDOW crawl on my sister's face while taking a nap; we only stayed in the room for 2.5 hours after checking in, the Asian lady gave no concern about our health safety with a stinky attitude. The room: - was smelling horrible, -had water stains on the ceiling -dirt on the cabinets - old/damaged mattresses.
