I have stayed at this location multiple times for various reasons, and I will start off by saying that the hotel staff is kind, but other than that, corporate greed has just completely taken over. Not only are the prices of the rooms astronomical for an average room, but they charge guests $46 PER NIGHT to park your car . If a two night stay cost me over $600, why am I also having to pay for parking? I can understand charging a parking fee for those who are parking for the day at a convention or something (kind of), but to charge your guests that much to park their car or their rental when they are already paying for a room is insane & just plain greedy.

The Hilton Orange County Airport is adequate, but the property feels noticeably worn and overdue for updating. The fitness center has the basic equipment needed for a decent workout, including treadmills, dumbbells, benches, and a cable machine, but it is fairly dated. More frustratingly, there is no drinking water available inside the fitness center. Guests have to leave the gym and walk down the hallway just to get water, which is inconvenient and particularly surprising for a hotel fitness facility. A water dispenser or bottle-filling station should be located directly inside the gym. Overall, the hotel is functional, but the condition of the property and small service details like this fall below what I would expect from a Hilton.

we had reservation at 3 and when we got there they told us to wait 30 extra minutes. what a waste of time!
