Reserved a room over 6 months in advance, got confirmation after booking and day of. Got to the location and were told they don’t take online reservations and they couldn’t accommodate long term stays (4 nights). The booking website confirmed that payment was received so they essentially tried to scam us out of almost 1k. We were not the only ones being told this and were left scrambling for other accommodations as we had traveled for an event.

Ac didn’t work, scratches on furniture, barely answer the phone, don’t let the price fool you. Music at 6 am in the morning. Crazy guest, didn’t feel safe never again. Gave us a bathroom with barely any toilet paper, the shower disgusting, couldn’t even shower. Appalled by the entire situation.

Star rating was 2.5 but this was 2 star, & that's generous! The bedding cover had burn holes, the under carriage of mattress torn. Room smelt of disgusting tobacco, towels were, small, thing, rough & dirty! The hot tub had hair in the drain. 1st place I ever did NOT sleep in the sheets. We were stuck & nighttime traffic in that hotel was not of the legal kind nor did it feel safe. Never again. Pass on $$$ savings & be safe!
