Best Inn Hollywood

This place is a dump. I was uncomfortable with my grand daughter there. I would not recommend this place for a family AT ALL!! The room was clean looking but not really clean. There was another “guest” that was clearly a “working girl” and woke us all up at 3am. Noises outside, making us feel unsafe.

Oh. My.god. This hotel is attrocius!! Do NOT come to this hotel!! VERY RUDE AND AGGRESIVE STAFF air conditioner fell off of the wall, door didnt open, tap didnt work and their response was “not my problem” we were told we could leave our bags here and the staff said ok and than when we got back they got really angry and it was scary for someone like me (14 yo) they made us sit outside for our friend for an hour in cold dark weather. Staff threatened to call I.C.E on a customer to deport them!! F this hotel and do NOT stay here. There are much cheaper and better options..

Really!! Charging me $15 to leave my bags until my friend picks me up. Then as she was running late they wouldn’t let us (me and my child) sit in the reception. We had to sit outside on the footpath!!!
