Hotel is nice and the staff is very good. My room was well appointed. The reason for a 3 star is the location. It appears to be safe until you ask for a good 4-6 mile loop in the neighborhood and they say the treadmill. The hotel staff told me more not to walk than where I could/should walk to be safe. I won’t be back despite enjoying everything once Ingot inside the building.

This was a great ending to our cruise/girl's trip. The location was so convenient and by far my best stay in the Los Angeles area. The lobby was a work of art, and the staff was professional and so kind. I couldn't have been happier with our service. It's conveniently located to the Grand Central Market; just an Angel's Flight away. It's a 5-minute walk to the Broad Museum and the Museum of Contemporary Art. The restaurant and the surrounding architecture were a sight for the eyes. It was clean and inviting. The beds were comfortable and the view was great. I can wait to come back.

We stayed for five days at the Omni Los Angeles, and it proved to be the perfect home base in the center of the city. Right from check-in, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The location is super convenient, putting plenty of Downtown LA landmarks within easy walking distance. A stand-out feature was their complimentary town car service, which dropped us off right at the train station when we headed out to catch a Dodgers game—such a convenient and thoughtful perk! On top of the great service and location, our room was spotless, comfortable, and offered fantastic views of the city. Highly recommend this property for anyone spending time in LA!
