Deceptive advertising I asked for a suit. They added 500 to my reservation and wait I was upgraded to Mountain View suit. My friend stayed at an original offer 500 less. We have same room. No view. Gas station and outdoor restaurant across the street. Road noise Too. They are crooked fake’s description of the rooms

This hotel is well located and easy access. Unfortunately, the clerk was really rude at the moment I asked for the invoice of my stay and he denied to print the receipt for me, even though it was booked and fully paid in expedia, and charged to my credit card. If you need to ask for reimbursement for a business travel, just avoid this place, the personnel are horrible and not helpful. The room was just ok, it is an old building with old furniture/beds, and an strange odor in the rooms, probably nor cleaned properly.

the room is clean but the elevators are outdated. Please make sure to have it updated before the expiration date. Belgian friend does not like the vibe, but it's okay. The receptionist seems nice, but many things can be improved
