Rio Inn & Suites-Marysville

so i came all the way from oroville to stay a couple nights away from everything and these people were by far the rudest ad by far the worse hotel i can say i stayed in for some time was it clean yes but they refused to let me pay the 100 deposit with card had to be cash they didnt want to give it back to me at first cuz THERES A NO GUEST RULE and if you did they had to go to the office show id and do the most. i feel like as long as they got their daily room rent then why should it matter who i have come by. long as im respectable and wasnt to loud....

I love this place.. they are doing major remodeling and so far it looks great. I have stayed her more then five dozen times in the last 4 years for work and let’s just say they are doing great on fixing the place up. The staff is great they are the seeetest couple and always do Accommodating. Sure there is still some work to do on the rooms but they are doing great. The new parking lot lights are just perfect and the cleaning lady’s are so sweet I tip them every time I am there even thought they try everything not to take it. Will definitely continue To stay here when I am on business in the Sutter / Yuba area

The pictures do not portray how the hotel really is. There are tweekers everywhere around the hotel. We checked in a got to our room and it stunk so bad, stains all over the carpet, holes punched in the wall, mattress under the sheets are black, burn marks in the bathroom, pee all over the walls. Went down to get a new room and it was just as bad. There was blood all over the bathtub, lampshades had stains, hand prints on the walls. There was no way we were staying there!! I have never left a hotel before but this one I couldn't get away from fast enough. Do not stay here....Keep your family safe.
