Worst experience ever. Explain to me why someone NOT checking in and is just a guest needs an I.d? That’s ridiculous fist of all. Then to top it all off they stole my white gold chain I left on the bathroom sink. It “wasn’t there” when housekeeping went back to look only an hour after I checked out. What THIEFS

Booked online at short notice for 1 night, all incl. Check-in went smoothly. The room was ok, clean and without carpeting - good thing. You can hear the freeway, but we were able to sleep. The breakfast is expandable, the coffee was good.

Across from major highway and railroad so take note of location if you’re a light sleeper or bring earplugs. Air conditioner was also very loud and enough to drowned out traffic and train noise. Room was clean and comfortable and breakfast was good. Front desk was super friendly and easy check in.
