Quality Inn

This is not a good area to stay in, per the locals! We had no idea when we booked it as it was decent for a long term stay as compared to when we were in Stockton.... HOWEVER, it was horrible and I complained to management and to corporate! We had roaches and they gave us a can of roach spray to do it ourselves!! OH HELL NO! They needed an exterminator! I took pictures and sent them to corporate and we took the actual bugs we killed to the manager. Mold in our room on the ceiling. You could see daylight around the door frame.... BUT what was worse... the people banging on our door at 0200 the first night we were there. Then, they came back at 0245. We called the front desk and let them know! OH, but don't try to use the room phone! It did not work! We had to use our cell phones! You could hear gun shots going off in the distance. Homeless people living in the parking lot, people living in their cars, or in their cars out on the street. You could not leave your curtains open or people walking by would literally stop and look in your window checking things out! OH, and the window, it had the glass out and we had to have maintenance come in and fix it! People have their pets there-- so did we.... however, we seemed to be the only people who cleaned up after our pets! You had to watch where you walked or you would step in one heck of a pile of CRAP! So nasty! There were people literally living there-- not travelers working like us-- but actual people taking up residence there! Between the roaches, the drugs, and the atmosphere... don't do it!! The maintenance man and the housekeepers were very nice and attentive to anything we needed.... management, no so much! I would NOT recommend this place to anyone!

Very SCARY!! REALLY, I was scared for my life. Thank goodness I had my dog who is very protective of me. Parties all night. Got no sleep. Promised a price on the phone but when I checked in it was $30 more. Promised a fully equipped kitchenette, but no plates, silverware, glasses...nothing!! Website and good reviews are VERY MISLEADING!!!!!

The first time I was there for two nights it was a bit uncomfortable I was placed in the back where they have all sort of homeless and parties and they were up all night- the second time around was this week I was placed near the office and it was a good experience They were having an issue locating the confirmation I made through Expedia but the lady in the office but she was very patient and understanding she was very helpful in our process
