The motel doesn’t have air conditioning which we did not know. The day that we arrived was very hot, and we were given a room on the third floor. It was at least 90 degrees in the room, so we asked for a room on the first floor. They told us that they were sold out so there were no other rooms available. The motels solution was to give us a fan which just blew the hot air around. We had booked for two nights so we asked if we could cancel our booking for the following night because the room was unbearably hot. Even though it was 24 hours in advance and we were so miserable the motel refused our request. The absolute worst customer service that we’ve ever experienced from a motel. Everything’ was very dated, and their breakfast was the worst, stale bagels, bread and cereals.

The General Manager is a Dog hater she was too busy smoking cigarettes on adjoining property to have courtesy for her own guests. She berated me about no dogs allowed even after I told her she was a service animal. She kept shoving her 2 fingers in my face saying I can ask you 2 questions. Not bright enough to know one of the questions I answered several times “My Dog Is A Service Animal” she harassed me and followed me all the way to my room. That wasn’t good enough for her and her attitude and shoving her 2 fingers in my face she tried to have us kicked out by the Sheriff that night. The Sheriff gave us until the morning but we were made to leave. Not once did she say who she was or why it was her business if my dog was a service animal. I told the Sheriff this and he said it would be best if you just leave. I told him the hotel allows service animals I have a service animal but they are still putting me out. I also told him she “Never Said Who She Was but kept saying there are no dogs allowed” She was on the side of the street on the property next door smoking and as soon as she saw me turn into the entrance to the property she ran after me and started saying what are you doing there are no dogs allowed you can’t have a dog here. My first impression she was either a busy body of the night clerk either way she was rude forceful and annoying. We were put out at 8 AM because she is a rude dog hater. I would say never stay at this hotel until she is replaced or fired. I saw on here she treated another guest the same way but made her leave and didn’t allow her to check in. For the same reason she doesn’t want animals in the hotel even though they say Service Animals are allowed.

We loved the stay. Great prices for the area. If it gets warm ask for a portable fan. Friendly staff. Clean rooms and a great location.
