We've stayed in many Motel 6s, and been happy with them. We won't be returning to this one: One full-size bed with springs poking my ribs... No refrigerator.

I spoke to Assistant Manager Wilson the day before our arrival to let him know we'd be checking in the following day. Despite that, our reservation was marked as a no-show and canceled. After traveling across the country, we were told we could only rebook by paying an extra $150. While Expedia shares some responsibility, the hotel's handling of the situation was extremely disappointing. Proceed with caution.
