Things to be aware of: 1. No safe in rooms 2. Diamond status doesn't get you early check in or check out 3. Diamond member parking is not monitored. Anyone can park there and there aren't many space 4. The "welcome" items were awful so we got a Kit Kat instead. Rather than giving us the Kit Kat in exchange for the nasty welcome food stuffs, they charged us $5 for a standard size Kit Kat 4. Our room had a damaged bathroom door. It functioned properly but the patch job was a mess. The door summarizes the overall experience. Photo attached. In summary, we won't be staying there again. I have noticed that since Covid, Hilton has, across all property groups, cut back on the amenities offered to their guests.

Mia the manager was super rude on the phone, we were super sick and asked for cancellation exception. She was not understanding, no sympathy and super aggressive on the cancellation policy like she owned Hilton company. When I asked her name she was very defensive and hung up on me. Sad to say I am Hiltons honors to get this type of customer service. I have 3 other stays with them that I canceled, this is how you lose customers and non returning costumers. Instead of being understanding you would have had loyal customers.

Rayanne was the Front Desk Manager during our stay at this property. She was a pure delight during our interactions with her. Rayanne thoughtfully assigned us a very quiet room to accommodate the fact that we are both light sleepers. She was welcoming, friendly, professional and she made us feel like valued guests. Rayanne made our stay at this Hampton by Hilton memorable and enjoyable.
