Best Western Plus Ontario Airport

This was a horrible experience from start to finish. The property is more like a dated motel than a hotel, and the overall atmosphere felt unsafe and uncomfortable. The last night was by far the worst. The noise outside was nonstop and sounded like the Fourth of July all night long. There were loud people coming and going, yelling, slamming doors, and creating disturbances throughout the night. I honestly feared someone was going to bust open my door. I got virtually no sleep. Housekeeping was also unprofessional. I watched staff throwing towels from the second floor into bins below. Trash sat in the stairwell for days without being cleaned up, which says a lot about the level of attention given to the property. As a rewards member who booked directly with the hotel, I expected much better. Instead, I found a noisy, poorly maintained property in an area that did not feel welcoming or secure. Never again. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a safe, quiet, or restful stay. There are much better options in the Ontario area.

Not as I expected from a best western. Moquette was dirty, full of dirty at the sides and angles. The smell of mud is overwhelming especially when the conditioning is on. Filters? Better not to think! Back to the 80ies furniture and smell of old closet like my grandma’s home. Old fashioned bathroom, if you want to take a shower you have to wash your hair no way. During this heat day 14th march Saturday pool is off because someone says it is the right time to do chlorine analysis. It’s not possible even sunbathe until 18 they said. I prayed to go in only to sunbathe but rules are rules. Then magically a group of Hispanic came at 17 and the gate opened. Rules can change! I would have chosen a nearby hotel. No expectations to be guest again .

I have never had an issue with hotels or Best Westerns in all the years I've used hotels, but this is a first where the cleaning staff are dishonest and thieves. I did not see the previous reviews sharing this problem, but I wish I did. It is proper service, no matter what -star establishment to respect guest's belongings. If you have no other choice but to stay in this hotel, fine - but please be safe. There are way better Best Westerns just 10 minutes away with honest, hardworking staff that won't steal your things. I wish so terribly that the circumstances were different and I could leave a good review, however the people should know that they are NOT safe here.
