This hotel started off as 2 stars but went down to -2 by the end of our 5 night stay. Reasons for the low rating are one room on our floor had a police meth lab crime sticker a door, pillows were 1/2...

What a disappointment. Poor communications, poor organization, marginal vendors, Ontario Gateway Hotel is a dump with poor service,meth lab in the room across from us....one big yuck and wont be back
