I commend you for having people like Patricia and Madison on duty at the front desk. Patricia work with me in getting me membership in Best Western rewards which did away with the nightly parking fee and Madison looked up bus schedules and emailed them to me. Norma works in the breakfast operation and I requested that she put out potatoes for breakfast after my first day and for the rest of the week she complied with that. Breakfast was always top-quality. I never had to go out to eat. My room was clean I had adequate towels and I was given a room mere feet away from the hot tub. I have nothing bad to say about this hotel. David Kings. Willow Grove Pennsylvania

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated by my experience at the Best Western Plus during my stay two nights ago.
Someone attempted to break into my room, which is a terrifying experience no guest should ever have to endure. I immediately reported the incident to management, expecting it to be treated with the seriousness it deserved. Instead, the response was completely inadequate. Rather than investigating what happened or addressing the obvious security concern, I was simply asked if I wanted someone from maintenance to come look at the door.
This response minimized a potentially dangerous situation and demonstrated a concerning lack of urgency and concern for guest safety. An attempted break-in should never be treated as a routine maintenance issue.
I cannot, in good conscience, recommend that anyone stay at this property until guest safety is taken far more seriously. The way this incident was handled has left me with little confidence that the hotel is prepared to respond appropriately when guests are faced with serious security threats.

This was a very disappointing stay.
We checked in around 11:00 PM after a long drive and spent our days at Disneyland, leaving very early each morning. The next day, while we were at the park, the hotel called and asked whether the air conditioning in our room was working. We had no idea what they were talking about. That phone call made it clear they already knew there was a problem with the A/C, yet they still assigned us that room without mentioning it at check-in or offering another room.
Unfortunately, the issues didn’t stop there. The shower had such poor water pressure that it was difficult to wash my hair. The bathtub didn’t even have the correct drain plug, so I had to use a washcloth just to fill the tub. The bathroom sink also drained very slowly.
Housekeeping and maintenance were lacking as well. There were handprints on the bottom of the full length mirror, and when you get off the elevator on the second floor, there is no signage indicating which direction the room numbers are located. I ended up walking around the entire property trying to find our room.
The most frustrating part was checking out. I reported every issue to the front desk, and the employee didn’t write down a single note or show any interest in addressing the concerns. It gave me the impression that these issues are routine and unlikely to be fixed.
This hotel could be much better if it focused on basic maintenance, cleanliness, and customer service. Based on this experience, I would not stay here again.
