Ants!!!! Everywhere! We lost all our food to the ants, could not use the kitchen at all. Ants all over the stove, counters, kitchen table, bathroom, even on the beds. We booked this room for the kitchen specifically. Worst the business did not do anything about it and refused to offer any compensation for the loses. Not worth it!

I was having issues with Expedia, and so I called the hotel directly to book. I was directed to their website...The guy on the phone acted like I was bothering him and then hung up on me before I was done asking my question. That should have been my first sign to run. I did still book online, and my card went through, and I thought all was well. My family and I drove in from San Jose. I went to the counter, and I was told I needed to pay for my room. I told them I booked on their website, and I was told by a snotty little man that they only hold the amount for 48hrs then it drops off . I told him I have the charge and showed him where I was charged for the room on my card. He told me to step aside because he had other guests. I went back outside to tell my husband what happened and asked him what we should do. The same snotty little man banged on our car window and asked if we were gonna stay or go because he wanted to give the room to someone else with money. Yeah, we didn't stay. I told my card company it was an unauthorized transaction. I did get my money back eventually, and we found another hotel that was more kind to us and understood and was familiar with how awful the people are at Sea Breeze.
