Rancho Las Palmas Resort & Spa

I recently stayed at the Omni Hotel and was very disappointed with my experience, especially considering the price. Our room was not clean when we arrived. The carpet was extremely dirty and looked like it hadn’t been properly cleaned in a long time. The balcony was also dirty and appeared to have been neglected. We had connecting rooms, and one of the phones didn’t work, which was inconvenient. The resort also did not have an elevator, and we were assigned a room on the second floor. Carrying luggage up the stairs was difficult and not something I expected without being informed ahead of time. The pool area also wasn’t as clean as it should have been, which took away from the overall experience. For the amount we paid, I expected a much higher standard of cleanliness, maintenance, and overall quality. Unfortunately, this stay did not meet those expectations, and I left feeling that the hotel was not worth the cost.

We paid $1000 for 2 nights and couldn’t use the pool for one of the days. They offer resort pool passes and I have never seen a pool with so many people, the public pool growing up was less crowded. Wish I would have read all the review’s before booking. Probably would be ok during the week

We had such an amazing stay! The entire resort exceeded our expectations. The food and drinks were delicious, and every meal hit the spot. A special shoutout to Travis at the pool area—he was incredibly attentive, friendly, and such a vibe! He made sure we were always taken care of and truly added to our experience. Customer service like his makes all the difference. We left feeling relaxed and already can't wait to come back. Definitely more family trips to come.
