Riviera Palm Springs

Our experience was so so. We decided to spend our 2 year wedding anni with our 6 month old baby at the Riviera Resort. Our check in was at 4pm and our room wasn’t ready until 6:30pm. That already was not a great start to our vacation. On top of that, we booked the premium room with a tub and staff was not able to get a tub stopper to take a bath until the next day. The tub was the whole reason we booked that room, so that was a bummer. They also limit the amount of towels to 1 towel per person at the pools. Lastly, there was a large bug in our room that appeared to be some sort of caterpillar or worm. It was big enough I saw it crawling on the bathroom floor from the bed. It made the room feel less clean and uncomfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful overall. It was just the delay on the tub stopper that was inconvenient, along with the large bug in the bathroom that affected our overall experience.

The young man that help me with my bags and gave us directions where to go out and enjoy the evening. Helped me with the bikes. I believe his name was Brandon mcintosh
