this was our 4th or 5th time here and we love this place. Such a great blend of classic Palm Springs charm and more modern design elements. Staff is amazing, rooms are amazing. We always go back to this spot.

Found this hotel on TikTok after searching "Palm Springs Hotels" and loved the vibe. When we got there, it was even better in person and such a cutesy hotel. The staff was AMAZING and made our experience so fun.

Our wedding weekend at The Royal Sun Palm Springs was nothing short of perfect, and truly exceeded every expectation we had. From the very beginning, Arliece made the planning process seamless. She handled our room block and pre-arrival coordination with such care and professionalism that we felt completely at ease heading into the weekend. Once we arrived, Charlie absolutely stole the show. Her hospitality is genuinely unmatched. She was there for us and our guests every step of the way. She ensured the check-in process was smooth, welcomed everyone like they were part of the celebration, and helped to make sure every detail was just right. When we hosted lunch and drinks by the pool, Charlie elevated the entire experience. She brought such a warm, attentive energy that made everyone feel taken care of and completely at home. The food and beverage experience was also incredible. The Pool Bar service was fantastic, and High Moon is worth a trip to Palm Springs all on its own. Every bite and every drink felt thoughtfully crafted and perfectly executed. The rooms themselves were a total vibe; stylish, comfortable, and somehow perfectly aligned with the aesthetic of our wedding weekend. Being at the hotel felt like an extension of our celebration, not just a place to stay. What truly set this experience apart, though, was the feeling that everyone at the Royal Sun was part of our wedding. There was such a genuine sense of care and connection, and that is something you simply can’t manufacture. Charlie, in particular, made an unforgettable impression on us and our guests. Her warmth, attention to detail, and ability to anticipate needs before they even arose made her an absolute standout. We are so grateful for her and the entire team.
