Please invest on this property. Change tie torn drapes. Replace the torn face towels. Repair the laminte floors on the 3rd floor. Cleanup the dirt and food stairs off the wall sockets. Fix the smoke detectors falling off the walls. Replace the unclean and damaged coffee machines.

Stay somewhere else. Coffee pot broken, tv remote broken, no shampoo/conditioner/soap in shower, telephone broken, staff slouching in lobby chair occupied by her cellphone, no thank you or welcome package at check-in, breakfast sucked, microwave breakfast sandwiches with soggy bread, no fresh fruit. Not a comfortable stay. This hotel needs an owner who cares about their guests.

I was greeted by a grumpy person and was not recognized as a rewards member. My room was dirty: the grout had mildew, dirt pushed to the corner of the floor, "mud splats" on the side of the bathtub which came from a mop. There were brown spots and pink material on the ceiling. There was a rip on my bottom bedsheet. The side door was broken. you can barely get out. There was a sign on the outside which said to use the front door to enter
