The manager is a con artist who steals your deposits. He stole my deposit today with claims of dirty bedding and towels. Well let's start with the fact they rewash and reuse their towels and bedding they don't toss heavily soiled bedding and towels and you can tell by the smell and appearance of them in the rooms. According to BBB They can not keep your deposit for using towels and bedding, they can only keep it if you destroy the rooms. Let's start with the last stay I had a couple weeks ago where they didn't take my deposit because it was new for them to be doing so I didn't have to give it, thank God because he would have stolen it. They asked me to write a good review. I did not write the review because the rooms are nasty af and I'm not going to lie like everyone else on here. The room I was put in this time was one of the worse I had. Hole clear through tub, tub so heavily soiled and stained I had to wear shower shoes to shower, mold is very thick everywhere in the bathroom they don't clean these rooms, all corners were full of sticky black dirt, the bedding i had this time smelled so bad, I used my own blanket same for the towels I used my own because they were nasty with stains. The c word that checked me in was mad I asked for a first floor room because my service dog's knees are blown out, can't do steps so she put me in a nasty disabled room. The walls in this room are bubbled with water damage the filter for the air was black from them not cleaning them, they are plastic you are supposed to wash them everytime you clean the room. The corner booth seat is covered in grease and dirt. I had to clean this room before I settled in. The one towel or bath mat I should say, was definitely dirty because they don't mop so when you step out of the shower and use the mat it gets wet and picks up the dirt that wasn't cleaned to begin with. So the same c word at the front desk wants to lie about not getting ahold of the manager to give me my money back that he stole. I reported them to housing authorities for the way the rooms are I reported them to BBB and I reported them to corporate. I will be getting legal help as well because he literally stole my deposit. FYI, I have pictures and a video of the room. He can lie all he wants to you people, I have proof and I just caught him stealing from guests.
