Rancho Las Palmas Resort and Spa

Had a great stay with my toddler and friends. The pool and children's activities was great to have. Our group really had a great time celebrating a birthday.

Wow. We absolutely loved our 3 nights at the Omni in Rancho Las Palmas. The hotel is amazing, only bettered by the staff and service. The hotel (resort) itself is very impressive, check-in experience was simple and staff were very friendly and gave us water for our room. The room itself (Vista View) seemed the furthest away on the map but we could park outside the room and it was only a few minutes walk to anywhere. Walking across the golf course was very nice. We loved the pools (lots of them and easy to get a sun bed at any time) and the service at the pool with the restaurant was fantastic. Didn’t need to move from our sunbeds for a drink and the staff were always available whether it was cold water or food or drink. The cocktails and especially fruit platter were well received and definitely worth the money. We are at the Desert Pearl twice, dinner in the evening was really nice. My son loved the pizza and I was very impressed with the fish tacos. My wife said the burger was the best she ever had! For lunch the next day we had the Caesar and cob salad which were both lovely too and again the service was great. Big shout out to Itzel and Debra. The checkout was seamless and I really appreciated all the help from Elise. Distance wise you are about 20 minutes from Palm Springs which isn’t too bad but there are lots of shops and restaurants within 5 minutes so location was great. If, when we come back to Palm Springs as we loved it so much, this is the only place we’d stay. Missing it already.

This place was a dream. We never left the resort because we were in the water all day. We arrived here at midnight and check in was very smooth and quick. The only thing that they missed was having a pack n play in the room for us when we arrived. But we got one for the next night. We had breakfast and everyone was kind and helpful. We went straight to the beach area for the kids to splash around and play in the sand. The pool side service was phenomenal. We also got a cabana for the day and it came with free water, smoothies and fruit platter. Everything was great! We loved the stay and the kids had a blast. Thank you Omni staff.
