Great location helpful staff clean rooms always easy parking check in and check out is always a breeze would recommend staying there

Pretty disgusting there was food in the bed when we first checked in here all over the pillows obviously, the sheets hadn’t been cleaned nor had the room been cleaned. Seems like there were probably several customers sleeping in the same sheets and not getting clean, considering we got moved to a second room and the second room was just as bad as a first with dirt and scum everywhere and when I’m talking about scum, I mean actual sandwich underneath the bed there were Cheez-Its in the bed, there were Cheerios behind that she so nobody even attempted to change the sheets because things were stuck between the sheets and the headboard of the bed. It was just disgusting and unsanitary and it was BottleRock weekend so we were unable to get any sort of other reservations so room number three was able to be cleaned up by us ourselves and once we got that cleaned, it was somewhat cleaner than the other ones, but the sheets were disgusting and everything else was pretty nasty

We booked two queens for a 4 night stay. After driving 15 hours we checked in right after midnight. When we got to our room it only had one bed. I went back down to front desk to tell them the room was wrong. The front desk stated their computer showed one bedroom. I said yes one bedroom with two beds. I showed him my reservation on my phone. He stayed it wasn’t his problem and to contact who I booked through. I called southwest who also confirmed I had rented a room with two queen beds. They attempted to contact the property. The front desk hung up on southwest and once again told me it wasn’t his problem. After over an hour of talking with southwest and pleading with the front desk to just give me a room with two beds - he finally gave me a room with two double beds instead of what I paid for because I refused to leave. The customer service at this place is atrocious. I went back in the morning to speak with the day shift front desk and asked for the person who was working name and explained what happened. Nothing was done by the hotel to rectify the situation or to give me the room I paid for with two queen beds. Overall room was clean - but you can hear everything through the walls. The people above us sounding like they were playing bowling all night and kept stomping. And they only give you 2 towels. We stayed here last year with no issues but this time was a complete nightmare. Hotel is close to a ton of fast food and gas stations and near six flags.
