Holiday Inn San Diego-Mission Valley

This hotel and its staff deserve no rating above a ZERO! Horribly dirty rooms, horrible customer service. Incompetent staff, computer system failure on Friday July 31st sent the half witted staff into a tailspin! NO checks and balance for security and safety for guests. Chaos for everyone involved. When confronted with a problem instead of finding a resolution their suggestion was to cancel reservation and we could find somewhere else to stay. We were charged for things we didn’t use and management could not figure out how to fix it. We will never stay at another Hilton Brand property. A detailed summary of events with portfolio printout will be attached, including names of incompetent staff and management.

This hotel was awesome ! The atmosphere, cleanliness, and hospitality was above and beyond ! Staff was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and went out of his way to make my experience comfortable and relaxing. Thank you Anthony at the front desk for making my stay memorable and enjoyable. I will definitely be coming back for the service I received from staff, especially front desk.

My family and I were visiting San Diego from nearby for the Del Mar Annual Fair, and we were recommended to stay here from some family friends. Our stay was amazing! Most of all, my family and I could not stop chatting to each other about the quality of service. Anything we needed, the front desk group was more than willing to assist us as quick as possible, and also were extremely easy to talk to and were very helpful! One of the staff members at the front desk, Anthony, was still in training and only on his second day, and was still very helpful to us, and it felt very nice to talk about our plans with him!
