Marriott San Diego Del Mar

Matt Simmons at Valet greeted us. He was actually SO AWESOME. He not only was delightful He was took all our bags and was the most helpful valet person we have ever had. We will definitely stay at this hotel again because of him. MATT SIMMONS DESERVES A RAISE...SUCH A HARD WORKER

I wanted to share the experience I faced at Marriott Del Mar. Firstly I ordered the Vegetarian pizza and they added Pepperoni in the pizza. On raising they mentioned it’s a mistake but I feel it’s a blunder to add non veg in vegetarian dish Secondly I was given a room near electrical panel. Even on raising they said they don’t have option as hotel is full and they would change next day. Thirdly they security lapse. One of your guest was taking the pet unleashed in the lift and corridor and even after mentioning he didn’t care and on raising it with your front desk and security no action nothing happened. I mean this is not a one star hotel. We come to Marriott for a brand and this is not we expect
