RODEWAY INN AND SUITES

I was very nervous after reading some recent negative reviews. i was pleasantly surprised by the room quality. its no resort but it was comfortable and had everything we needed( except hand soap). there was a homeless presence but i never felt in danger. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

Clean & Comfortable, limited parking but there is an underground garage. Breakfast options are Hot & Cold Cereal, pancakes & waffles, coffee & cold juices, yogurt & Fresh Fruit. Staff is helpful & friendly. Directly across from Hotel Cortez, definitely recommend a stay here vs Wyndham Bayside.

A good place to rest or enjoy San Diego. Special to safeguard your car, doing roadtrip, by the way, parking is extra. Still, the rooms are simple, but huge and clean with good amenities to rest at ease. Count on fridge if you're shopping for food. It has a mini market (or the one I found) The Krisp, for snacks, food or various drinks. This hotel has a simple breakfast, but pleasant for the price. Overall, it is a good place to be.
