Hotel is in the sketchiest of San Francisco neighborhoods- opiod and drug addicts everywhere! The concierge wanted to charge me $30 fee to park in a lot that only had 3 other cars parked out of the 12 available spaces. Paid parking that they made sure to make me acknowledge that they're not responsible for my auto or belongings inside... I felt that my car would surely be broken-into even if had i paid the extortion fee. Then they wanted more money in the from of vague "hotel fees" which is ridiculous considering I'd likely get bed bugs in the establishment by the looks of the place. I choose to leave and forfeit my money paid. Better safe then sorry and never go to these scammers! There are much safer and cleaner places nearby that won't upcharge you.

The problem with this hotel is Henry. The man who runs the first desk. He goes out of his way to make guests uncomfortable. And it wasn’t just me. I saw him arguing with at least 4 other guests during my stay. He tried to trick me and said I can get a refund from a non refundable room. I saw him kick people out for having guests. And he got upset with me for using the coffee machine after 11 am. He nor the other people that work here have any understanding of the term customer SERVICE! It’s a cheap motel. The rooms are fine. The location is great. But Henry will try to scam you. They book these rooms, kick people out, and don’t give them refunds. So in the long run this place is actually more expensive than an actual hotel. Skip this place. The internet is bad but if you have hotspot on your phone and AT&T your service will be enough to twitch etc.
this place could be great.

Worst experience I've had at any hotel stay. I originally booked only one night to see Martin Garrix but decided to book another night to see Dave Chappelle. Because I had 2 reservations for this same hotel I talked to a representative through Booking.com and asked to set it up where I don't have to check out and check back in. I was given the OK and that I should be all set to go.
Next day I get a knock on the door at 11 from housekeeping saying I should have checked out but I told her that I have this room booked for 2 nights. 30 minutes later I'm startled again by a more aggressive knock by Hash saying I should be checked out and when I tell him the same thing he refuses to acknowledge me and that he doesn't know anything about my communication through booking.com
The exchange was very uncomfortable as he puts the blame on me not telling them when originally checking in and that I should have called from the room instead of performing his due diligence and checking on his end. I didn't feel that was necessary since I already spoke chatted to what I thought was the hotel directly through booking.com
This will be my first and last time staying at this esablishment. The interaction put a dampener on my trip to SF. You're welcomed to the room with 2 sets of ear plugs, reminders to secure valueables and always use the deadbolt and just to add the door closer was broken and I'd have to lift it up just to open or close the door.
