I wanted to take a moment to recognize an outstanding employee at the DoubleTree, Driza. Tonight she was working the front desk completely on her own while handling at least 10 separate parties in line, and honestly, she handled it better than most teams of multiple people could. What could have easily turned into a stressful and frustrating situation for guests was the complete opposite because of her professionalism, efficiency, and positive attitude. She moved through the line quickly while still making every guest feel acknowledged and taken care of. Even under pressure, she remained calm, friendly, patient, and genuinely welcoming. In today’s world, exceptional customer service truly stands out, and Driza absolutely represents the brand in the best way possible. Employees like her are a major reason guests return and continue supporting the DoubleTree brand. I just wanted to make sure her hard work and professionalism did not go unnoticed. Thank you, Driza, for your amazing customer service, positive attitude, and for turning what could have been a difficult night into a great experience for everyone.

No air conditioning and they wouldn't help to resolve it or apologize for. The room was 86 degrees. Front desk were not friendly. Don't recommend this place

Sundeep was excellent and front desk was welcoming, great housekeeping staff! Great location!
