Comfort Suites San Jose Airport

This is a great hotel! Extremely clean, large room and friendly service. Laarni spent lots of time helping me and my children at breakfast. She went above and beyond to help us and made our experience so much better. The breakfast was fantastic and all the staff during breakfast kept it well stocked and very clean.

We had a horrible experience at this hotel. The front desk staff totally rude and argued with us over a bottle of water!! Are you serious she was literally yelling at guests and asking for cash tips! They overcharged us on different cards, gave us smoking room it had a horrible smell and dirty sheets then we had to cancel our reservation to go to another hotel!!

The office staff was rude. The front desk person stayed on her personal phone and not paying any attention to my concerns. The bar was closed at 7:30 pm instead of 10 pm as the sign stated, because supposedly a staff member had an emergency and they had no replacement. Breakfast was not served as noted on the sign at 6:30. The TV did not work. I do not recommend this hotel.
