HAMPTON INN - SUITES SAN JOSE

Stayed here before an early morning flight. Hotel was clean, beds comfortable and they provided a breakfast bag. Shuttle was waiting ready to go to the airport and the location was perfect next to hire car drop offs and a couple of restaurants.

It was a perfectly fine Hampton stay. Shuttle bus was easy. It is a short walk to Denny’s. Maybe 10 min to the airport. No surprises with the room. clean and comfy enough. -1 point due to inadequate breakfast options. Hilton brands needs to fix this now.

My low rating is strictly due to the lack of sleep. A hotel is for sleep and if that can't be accomplished, I can't recommend it. Airplanes were taking off the entire night. Our room faced the airport and I was unable to sleep for most of the night. The walls are not sound proof so it was very loud and every time I dozed off another plane took off and woke me up again. Our room was clean, the shuttle from the airport was convenient, staff was nice, breakfast was as expected for a Hampton Inn but if you need to sleep I would recommend staying somewhere else.
