Hilton Garden Inn Mountain View

I was blessed to stay one week in this wonderful beautiful property, which is very nicely put together, well decorated, with a homie atmosphere that provides entertainment, food, and comfort. Property kept in excellent condition. But the best part was it staff.! Tony, Edward, Edith, Rita, Jennifer and the boss Manuel were all attentive, jovial and very professional. This was the second time I stayed in his property in a period of 90 days. If I am blessed to have to return to Mountain View California one more time I will stay here again.

The hotel was clean and had an inviting atmosphere. Great location for shows at the amphitheater All staff were super friendly and personable especially Tony. We forgot some small items and when I called back Tony worked hard to get me my stuff back within the week.

Had to change rooms twice due to non-functioning refrigerators, with no staff support throughout: - First room: staff took 30 minutes to respond after I reported the broken refrigerator. I'd already unpacked and had to repack. - Second room: I had to lug all my belongings down to reception to collect the key. They also didn't verify the refrigerator worked before assigning the room — it didn't. - Third room: when I returned to reception for the 3rd room, staff refused to check the refrigerator beforehand on the 3rd room. Told me come down again for a 4th room if needed. Luckily 3rd time was the charm. Throughout all of this, I was carrying my luggage everywhere.
