We were very pleased with the hotel service from check-in. Alessandra greeted us with Double Tree famous cookies and apologized for the inconvenience we experienced in booking with the Anaheim Convention Resort Doubletree, due to TV service being out on the entire property. The Zessa hotel staff provided excellent cleaning service. It was nice to get back to the hotel with a clean room, made bed and clean towels our entire week stay! The Zessa offered us a stay at the same rate and provided excellent service. The only issue we had was the higher parking rate of $39 a night. The Anaheim hotel parking was $29 a night. Alessandra told us she would check on reducing the parking rate. There was no follow up on the reduced parking rate. When I asked about it when checking out the hotel front desk had no idea of the request and there were no system notes that referenced the request. I put in a ticket with Zessa hotel for parking fee reduction, waiting for the outcome.

Stay at the Zessa alone and felt comfortable! The pool area was well kept, my room was spacious and comfortable. Arvin was checking me in and was also working the concession stand. He was alone working the space and had a line of people checking it but was fast and still personable!
