Good location for visit to UCSB. Brass bird coffee on the block is amazing for breakfast. Short walk to Los Agaves for tacos. Room was very clean, bed comfortable and good water pressure. I like having a combination for the lock.

Loved our stay in the updated rooms at this charming inn. Our room was well equipped with a tea kettle, larger mini fridge and a whisper quiet split unit A/C. We loved the comfy king size bed, renovated bathroom (with all the amenities) and a nice little shared porch where you can sit in the shade. The location is perfect, right on State Street but with double glazed window so you don’t hear it. A happy vibe here. Very easy to recommend the Agave Inn. I’ll be back!

This is the cutest hotel! Great location, very clean, super friendly front desk, staff. Walking distance to multiple coffee, shops, grocery and retail shops. Ignore the two star rating, it doesn’t do the Agave justice!
